The 14th World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference (MC14) will take place in March26th-29 2026 in Cameroon. Ministers from across the world will attend the Conference to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the multilateral trading system and to take action on the future work of the WTO. The Conference will be chaired by Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana, Cameroon’s Minister of Trade.
The Ministerial Conference, which is attended by trade ministers and other senior officials from the organization’s 166 members, is the highest decision-making body of the WTO. The Ministerial Conference is usually held every two years.
A high-level event on women and trade will be held on the margins of the 14th WTO Ministerial Conference Africa in the Multilateral Trading System: Choices and Challenges
This dialogue will convene African civil society leaders and experts to discuss how the multilateral trading system can be reshaped to support Africa’s industrialisation, digital ransformation, and sustainable development, including in agriculture, natural resources, and climate action.
