HCRFF is a global humanitarian non-profit organization 501 C 3, ECOSOC Special 2017, Youth Observer UNEP, NGO Accredited International Youth Federation, United Nations Major Group Children & Youth dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training, relief and development programs.

Established in 2013 by several Doctors, Physicians Researchers’ Experts, a Librarian, Public Health and Nurses; HCRFF is a public charity and non-political organization. Its mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that build local capacity in underserved community’s worldwide (Africa, Asian, Latin American & Caribbean). By conducting research, offering training and health care to Minister of Health and Minister of Environment, to people at high risk with flexibility to respond rapidly to emergency situations with non-communicable diseases such as cholera, HI/AIDS, Malaria, TB. HCRFF devastated health care systems with the goal of bringing them back to self-reliance.
