This letter is to inform the public that the foundation filed and submitted our legal documents including a court application against Congresswoman U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, D-Fla., to the US Ethic Congress Committee with the support of the State of Pennsylvania ATG.

As we informed the US Ethic Congress Committee that U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, D-Fla. walking a letter stated that she is in partnership with the Haiti Cholera Research Funding Foundation Inc USA HCRFF. We also learned that more allegations against U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, D-Fla. donating and contributing funding to several US Congress towards their campaign including local elected officials.

The Haiti Cholera Research Funding Foundation Inc USA HCRFF does not have bank account which we informed the IRS that our President Joint Guardian Credit Union Bank Account has been under-controlled by U.S. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, D-Fla. The news released US Congress names that she funded which they have no knowledge where to donate or to return these funds. The Haiti Cholera Research Funding Foundation Inc USA HCRFF will not accept any contribution or donations from any Elected Officials. The Haiti Cholera Research Funding Foundation Inc USA HCRFF does not represent the country Haiti or Haitians Welfare.

Haiti Criminal Collusion Transparency Act of 2025 (S. 1854)  is not directly related to the Haiti Cholera Research Funding Foundation Inc USA (HCRF) the bill focuses on imposing sanctions on Haitian gangs and their elite enablers, while HCRF was a foundation involved in addressing the 2010 cholera outbreak. The Act is about current criminal activity, while the foundation was related to the response to a past epidemic.

Amazon Bulk Pallets towards our Maternal & Child Health Program

We’re received a letter to inform us that the bank account is closed and the remaining balance was mailed to us. At first we’re informed that a letter was mailed to us then they informed us that an email was sent to us, lastly a phone call to inform us that there is a change of the name. We called and tried to open another account. Ms Lucas made arrangements for another staff member to open another account. On Thursday the 19th of May we received a call from Ms. Lucas to inform us that she received a call from the legal system that our foundation name has to be changed to an old name in order to open a new account. We also learned that the bank has a note on the foundation account therefore we cannot go to any other PNC Branch except her branch
