AUTHORIZATION TO RECEIVE DONATION
Haiti Cholera Research Funding Foundation Inc USA™ (HCRFF) will be glad to register you to our maternal program to receive donation from our sponsors as well as our foundation You must be a resident of Palm Beach County Proof of low income and Proof of Refugee From Brazil and must sign our agreement form. Please keep in mind our program is a short term program. (not all donations will be new items)
